22° Halo of the Moon

A dream of the artist Cainy (Yiru), a dream in which she struggles, awakens, breaks out of her cocoon and returns to peace.

We are delighted to invite LCDS dancer Justine Prignot to interpret this dream.

With sensors calculating the speed and distance of the dancers, activating images and changes in light and shadow, and evolving with the music, the dancers completed an inward exploration and outward expression of Relationships.

With the interplay of body and installation, light and shadow, the dream transcends the individual and becomes a reflection on relationships, distance and emotions shared by all present.
